I paid for a skin, how do I download it?


To download your skin after paying for it, you must login to the Customer Support Site.

  1. Login to the Customer Support Site (https://support.i7media.com/clientarea.php).
  2. Select the "My Services" option in the Quick Navigation on the left.
  3. You will see a screen similar to:
    Service List
  4. Click on the Manage button next to the product/skin you wish download.
  5. From the Manage Product screen, click the Download tab.

  6. Click the link next to the name of your skin.
