Their cloud-based solutions send email for millions of customers, allowing you to focus on your business and us to focus on providing affordable hosting for your website and email storage.
How does it work?
Every email you send comes to our servers where it is then sent to one of our partners (determined by your history of email sending volume) to be emailed to the recipients. Our partners provide us with detailed logs and statistics on the deliverability of the emails we have them send for us (which is all of them).
Do I need to do anything to set it up?
Nope, our servers takes care of it for you.
Is there some way I can increase my deliverability rate?
Yes, among other things, we can setup your domain to be "white labeled" which is fully explained here. If you want to do this, send us a support request and we'll help you get it setup. If we host your DNS, we can set it up for you without any work on your part. If we don't host your DNS, we'll need some help from you to get this done. Other ways to increase deliverability are described here.
Can I have my own account with your partners or another email delivery service?
Yes, if you wish to use your own account with an email relay service, just let us know and we'll help you get everything configured properly.
