POP/SMTP/IMAP Settings

You can use nearly any Email Client such as eM Client, Outlook, or Thunderbird. To configure your desired client, use the settings below.

Note: most modern email clients can figure out the settings below by just having you enter your email address and password. If you have done this and it didn't work, you can either use the settings below to manually configure your email client or you can open a support ticket and we'll help you free of charge.

* — If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocks traffic on port 25 and they require you to use one of their servers for SMTP traffic (sending email), you have the option of using their server or using i7MEDIA servers with an alternate port. The alternate port for sending email through i7MEDIA servers is 587.
** — POP3 is not recommended for everyday use. IMAP is more sophisticated and allows you to synchronize messages with the server so you can retrieve them via webmail and multiple devices (computer, phone, tablet).
